The Rt. Rev'd Peter Manto
Bishop Ordinary
Bishop Manto is Rector of Trinity Church and Bishop Ordinary of the Diocese of the Central States (REC). Bp. Manto has been a parish pastor for over 40 years. He was the church-planter for the non-denominational church which became Trinity Church and guided its move into the Reformed Episcopal Church. Bp. Manto has been married to his wife Janice for over 40 years. They have four adult children and 13 grandchildren.

Fr. Davidson Morse
Rector
B.A. Philosophy, Mississippi State University; Diploma of Theology, St. Andrews University; MTS, Nashotah House.
Fr. Morse was ordained by Bishop Jack Iker and served parishes in the Diocese of Ft. Worth, Texas for eight years. He served as the Chaplain and instructor in theology in the School of Rhetoric at New Covenant Schools, and became the Rector of All Saints in 2023. He is married to Amy who is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and they have four lovely children.
Fr. John Heaton
Priest Associate
Fr. John served for twelve years as a parish priest in Orlando, Fl., before becoming the second headmaster at New Covenant Schools, a position he has held since 1998. In addition to his duties at All Saints, he teach Greek in the school of Rhetoric. He is married to Heidi and they have four children.
Lukas Stock
Deacon
BS, Moody Bible Institute; MDiv, Beeson Divinity School.
Lukas was made a deacon in the spring, 2025. He currently serves as the chaplain and instructor in theology at New Covenant Schools. He is married to Elaine and they are currently fostering two beautiful children who love worshipping at All Saints.
Elaine Curtis
Parish Administrator
Elaine provides administrative support to the Rector, working not only as the bookkeeper, but also managing office tasks and the parish records. She is married to Carl and they have two adult daughters.
Sam Howell
Choirmaster
An accomplished cellist and vocalist, Sam is a luthier with Violins & More in Lynchburg, VA. He directs the music program at All Saints and the choir that supports the liturgy at weekly services. Sam is married to Christy and they have two children.
Julia Sansone
Organist
Julia Sansone is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music and the owner of Allegro Music School in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is a classically trained pianist who taught a successful independent piano studio for over 20 years before starting Allegro. As a certified Strategic Intervention Coach she has led workshops for state, national and international teacher’s conventions offering music teachers a fresh perspective on their own teaching. Julia was the assistant Music Director and organist at Rivermont Evangelical Presbyterian Church for over 11 years and is now honored to play for All Saints Church. Julia loves her students, her new hubby and two children (one of whom graduated from New Covenant), travel, dancing and the never-ending quest for growth.
